This Leadership Lesson is for the Men

One of the most practical lessons I ever learned about leadership came to me when I was still a teenager attending a 6-Week leadership course.

On one of the last days, I walked into the restroom, and taped above all the urinals were signs that said:

Real Leaders Never Look Down.

Inappropriate? Yes.

Funny? Hell yes.

Forever memorable? Absolutely!
